Victoria earned her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Hong Kong and her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Sheffield. During her studies, she received the Szeto Wai Architecture Scholarship in recognition of her outstanding academic results in the first year of the MArch program at HKU. She was also awarded the Wharf Architecture Scholarship by The Wharf ArchDesign Resource Trust, which fully sponsored her to gain international work experience.

Her academic and professional journey across multiple countries has endowed her with a diverse range of perspectives and approaches to architecture and its context. Following her master's graduation, she served as a teaching assistant to her thesis professor, instructing master's students in history and urbanism.

Victoria has trained with several esteemed firms, including RSHP (formerly Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners), David Chipperfield Architects and Farrells. Her professional experience encompasses a variety of projects, ranging from institutional and commercial to urban renewal initiatives.
