Re- Start Up Centre
The project aims to explore the use of vacant sites in Hong Kong. NGOs are encouraged to rent the site with lower cost and provide public services.
The vacant site is located in an urban green pocket space, surrouded by industrial buildings. The site becomes a prime connection between factories and residential area. With the changing surroundings, there is no need to have a fixed architecture, but one that can evovle and adapt to the changing needs of the public.
Making use of the slope, the design aims to slowly built into the landscape, leading the public into the green pocket.
